In-House Trainer (Jeddah) – Internal Controls

This opportunity is suited to a practical In-House Trainer who can translate Internal Controls knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Jeddah.

Opportunity Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Internal Controls expertise and experience supporting regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Internal Controls content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Preferred Background

Demonstrable expertise in Internal Controls; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Internal Controls with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and wider Asia where relevant.
