Sharjah-Based Freelance Corporate Trainer – Workplace Ethics

A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Freelance Corporate Trainer in Workplace Ethics for assignments associated with Sharjah and the wider Asian market.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Workplace Ethics training for regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Workplace Ethics content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Workplace Ethics training sessions for client teams linked to Sharjah and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Workplace Ethics; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
