We are seeking a delivery-ready Regional Training Consultant with proven Collaboration Tools capability for assignments connected to Indore, India, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Collaboration Tools learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Collaboration Tools content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Collaboration Tools training sessions for client teams linked to Indore and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Indore, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Collaboration Tools; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
