Remote Training Specialist – Collaboration Tools (Doha)

Client demand in Collaboration Tools continues to develop, and we are adding capable Remote Training Specialist profiles for work tied to Doha and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Collaboration Tools credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Collaboration Tools; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
