Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Data & Reporting and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Fuzhou and wider regional demand.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Data & Reporting learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data & Reporting content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Data & Reporting training sessions for client teams linked to Fuzhou and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Data & Reporting; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
