Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Data Analytics credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What Success Looks Like

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data Analytics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data Analytics training sessions for client teams linked to Suzhou and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Data Analytics; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Suzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
