Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Data Literacy and is looking for a credible Client-Facing Trainer who can support assignments linked to Hong Kong and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Data Literacy credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What Success Looks Like

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data Literacy content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Data Literacy training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Data Literacy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Data Literacy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.
