We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Digital Productivity delivery and are now seeking a strong Regional Training Consultant for client needs connected to Chennai and Asia.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Digital Productivity learning engagements for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Digital Productivity content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Digital Productivity training sessions for client teams linked to Chennai and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Digital Productivity; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Digital Productivity with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
