This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Excel & Spreadsheets credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Excel & Spreadsheets content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Excel & Spreadsheets; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
