Instructor – Microsoft 365 (Tel Aviv)

Client demand in Microsoft 365 continues to develop, and we are adding capable Instructor profiles for work tied to Tel Aviv and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

We are building our pool of trusted instructors for Microsoft 365 assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Microsoft 365 content easier to apply after the session.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in Microsoft 365; experience facilitating learning for business teams; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Microsoft 365 with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tel Aviv, Israel, and wider Asia where relevant.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
