Subject Matter Trainer (Beijing) – Teams Collaboration

This role supports the growth of our Teams Collaboration trainer pool and would suit a credible Subject Matter Trainer available for assignments associated with Beijing.

Opportunity Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Teams Collaboration credibility and experience working with professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Teams Collaboration content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Teams Collaboration training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Teams Collaboration; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Teams Collaboration with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
