We are seeking a delivery-ready Learning & Development Consultant with proven CRM & Business Systems capability for assignments connected to Daegu, South Korea, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven CRM & Business Systems expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

What You Will Support

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured CRM & Business Systems training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in CRM & Business Systems; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM & Business Systems with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
