APAC Training Advisor – CRM & Business Systems – Kaohsiung

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for CRM & Business Systems and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Kaohsiung and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver CRM & Business Systems training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM & Business Systems content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured CRM & Business Systems training sessions for client teams linked to Kaohsiung and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in CRM & Business Systems; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
