This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on CRM Adoption credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Taichung, Taiwan, and across Asia.   • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM Adoption content easier to apply after the session.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
