Instructor – CRM Adoption – Kaohsiung

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for CRM Adoption and is looking for a credible Instructor who can support assignments linked to Kaohsiung and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong instructor with proven CRM Adoption expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in CRM Adoption; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM Adoption with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
