An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead CRM Adoption learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make CRM Adoption content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured CRM Adoption training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Preferred Background
Relevant practitioner-level experience in CRM Adoption; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in CRM Adoption with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and wider Asia where relevant.
