Position Summary
An upcoming client brief requires a capable specialist trainer who can lead CRM Adoption learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Pune, India, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver structured CRM Adoption training sessions for client teams linked to Pune and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Who This Would Suit
