Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for ERP Adoption & Change and is looking for a credible Client-Facing Trainer who can support assignments linked to Lahore and wider regional demand.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for ERP Adoption & Change assignments in Lahore, Pakistan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Adoption & Change content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured ERP Adoption & Change training sessions for client teams linked to Lahore and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in ERP Adoption & Change; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP Adoption & Change with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
