APAC Training Advisor (Jeddah) – ERP Adoption & Change

This opportunity is suited to a practical APAC Training Advisor who can translate ERP Adoption & Change knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Jeddah.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable advisor who can lead ERP Adoption & Change learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP Adoption & Change content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in ERP Adoption & Change; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
