Candidate Profile
Hands-on credibility in ERP for Finance; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP for Finance with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Delhi, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
