Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable coach who can lead ERP for Finance learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make ERP for Finance content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in ERP for Finance; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
