This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven ERP for HR expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Quezon City, Philippines, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in ERP for HR; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
