Nanjing-Based Lead Learning Consultant – ERP Process Training

We are seeking a delivery-ready Lead Learning Consultant with proven ERP Process Training capability for assignments connected to Nanjing, China, and broader Asia.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for ERP Process Training assignments in Nanjing, China, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in ERP Process Training; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in ERP Process Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Nanjing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
