Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Microsoft Dynamics training for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Strong practical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
