We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Microsoft Dynamics delivery and are now seeking a strong Senior Facilitator for client needs connected to Nagoya and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Nagoya, Japan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What You Will Support

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Microsoft Dynamics content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Microsoft Dynamics training sessions for client teams linked to Nagoya and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Microsoft Dynamics; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
