Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for NetSuite and is looking for a credible Workshop Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Kathmandu and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for NetSuite assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Delivery Scope

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make NetSuite content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured NetSuite training sessions for client teams linked to Kathmandu and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in NetSuite; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
