We are seeking a delivery-ready Capability Building Specialist with proven Odoo Development & Python capability for assignments connected to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable specialist trainer who can lead Odoo Development & Python learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

What You Will Support

• Deliver structured Odoo Development & Python training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Odoo Development & Python; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
