Client demand in Oracle ERP continues to develop, and we are adding capable In-House Trainer profiles for work tied to Chengdu and regional corporate teams.
Job Title: In-House Trainer – Oracle ERP – Chengdu
Category: ERP Solutions
Expertise Area: Oracle ERP
Location Focus: Chengdu, China
Delivery Mode: In-Person
Location Scope: Asia
Experience Level: Senior
Engagement Type: One-Off Assignment
Role Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead Oracle ERP learning engagements for business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
What You Will Support
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Oracle ERP content easier to apply after the session.
What We Are Looking For
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Chengdu, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Oracle ERP; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
