From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Delivery Scope

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Oracle ERP training sessions for client teams linked to Phnom Penh and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable expertise in Oracle ERP; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
