Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Oracle ERP and is looking for a credible Hybrid Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Shenzhen and wider regional demand.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Oracle ERP expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Shenzhen, China, and across Asia. Candidate Profile

Demonstrable expertise in Oracle ERP; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
