We are building our pool of trusted consultants for SAP S/4HANA assignments in Jaipur, India, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SAP S/4HANA content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured SAP S/4HANA training sessions for client teams linked to Jaipur and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Hands-on credibility in SAP S/4HANA; experience facilitating learning for business teams; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in SAP S/4HANA with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Jaipur, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
