APAC Training Advisor – SAP S/4HANA – George Town

Client demand in SAP S/4HANA continues to develop, and we are adding capable APAC Training Advisor profiles for work tied to George Town and regional corporate teams.

Brief Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on SAP S/4HANA credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

Core Responsibilities

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make SAP S/4HANA content easier to apply after the session.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in SAP S/4HANA; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
