Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Systems Rollout Training and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Makassar and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Systems Rollout Training expertise and experience supporting business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders in Makassar, Indonesia, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Systems Rollout Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Makassar, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.

Demonstrable expertise in Systems Rollout Training; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
