  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Systems Rollout Training; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
