Ahmedabad-Based Workshop Facilitator – Coaching & Mentoring

We are seeking a delivery-ready Workshop Facilitator with proven Coaching & Mentoring capability for assignments connected to Ahmedabad, India, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Coaching & Mentoring learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Ahmedabad and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Coaching & Mentoring; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
