This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Coaching & Mentoring credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
What Success Looks Like
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Coaching & Mentoring content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Coaching & Mentoring training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Who This Would Suit
Clear subject-matter credibility in Coaching & Mentoring; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Coaching & Mentoring with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
