Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver DEI & Culture training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DEI & Culture content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured DEI & Culture training sessions for client teams linked to Kuala Lumpur and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
