Contract Training Facilitator (New Taipei) – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion delivery and are now seeking a strong Contract Training Facilitator for client needs connected to New Taipei and Asia.

Brief Overview

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Diversity, Equity & Inclusion expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in New Taipei, Taiwan, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training sessions for client teams linked to New Taipei and wider Asia.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to New Taipei, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
