Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Istanbul and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Diversity, Equity & Inclusion training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Istanbul, Turkey, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

Delivery Scope

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Diversity, Equity & Inclusion content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Strong practical expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Istanbul, Turkey, and wider Asia where relevant.
