For upcoming HR for Non-HR briefs, we are looking for a strong Training Programme Manager who can engage professional audiences linked to Singapore and surrounding markets.
Role Overview
Client is seeking an experienced training programme manager to deliver HR for Non-HR training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Singapore, Singapore, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
What You Will Support
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make HR for Non-HR content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured HR for Non-HR training sessions for client teams linked to Singapore and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
What We Are Looking For
Strong practical expertise in HR for Non-HR; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.
Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
