Client demand in HR for Non-HR continues to develop, and we are adding capable In-House Trainer profiles for work tied to Daegu and regional corporate teams.

Assignment Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for HR for Non-HR assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured HR for Non-HR training sessions for client teams linked to Daegu and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in HR for Non-HR; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in HR for Non-HR with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Daegu, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
