Senior Facilitator – HR for Non-HR – Hong Kong

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for HR for Non-HR and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Hong Kong and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead HR for Non-HR learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • Deliver structured HR for Non-HR training sessions for client teams linked to Hong Kong and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in HR for Non-HR; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
