Programme Coach – HR for Non-HR – Tashkent

Client demand in HR for Non-HR continues to develop, and we are adding capable Programme Coach profiles for work tied to Tashkent and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for HR for Non-HR assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Who This Would Suit

Hands-on credibility in HR for Non-HR; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in HR for Non-HR with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
