Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver HR for Non-HR training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Xiamen, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Deliver structured HR for Non-HR training sessions for client teams linked to Xiamen and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Background

Strong practical expertise in HR for Non-HR; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in HR for Non-HR with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Xiamen, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
