APAC Training Advisor for HR for Non-HR – Fuzhou

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for HR for Non-HR and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Fuzhou and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver HR for Non-HR training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What You Will Support

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make HR for Non-HR content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured HR for Non-HR training sessions for client teams linked to Fuzhou and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in HR for Non-HR; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in HR for Non-HR with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Fuzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
