Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable training programme manager who can lead Learning & Development learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Visakhapatnam, India, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Learning & Development; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
