Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Learning & Development and is looking for a credible In-House Trainer who can support assignments linked to Doha and wider regional demand.
Opportunity Overview
An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead Learning & Development learning engagements for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Doha, Qatar, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Deliver structured Learning & Development training sessions for client teams linked to Doha and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Preferred Background
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Learning & Development; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Learning & Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Doha, Qatar, and wider Asia where relevant.
