Onboarding Senior Facilitator – Shenyang

Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Onboarding training for HR teams, managers, and leadership populations across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Onboarding content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Onboarding training sessions for client teams linked to Shenyang and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Onboarding; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Onboarding with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenyang, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
