In-House Trainer – Onboarding & Retention (Taoyuan)

This brief is aimed at an experienced In-House Trainer with real depth in Onboarding & Retention and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Taoyuan.

Position Summary

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Onboarding & Retention credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Taoyuan, Taiwan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Onboarding & Retention content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
