This opportunity is suited to a practical Capability Building Specialist who can translate Performance Management knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Incheon.
Role Overview
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Performance Management credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Incheon, South Korea, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
What You Will Support
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
What We Are Looking For
Clear subject-matter credibility in Performance Management; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Performance Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Incheon, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
